Q: Can you custom the product with my logo and brand?
A: Yes, we can custom your own logo and tag in handle or packing bag. We have professional sales who could give you advice, and design expert do the mock up for your confirm.
Q: What is your sample time and bulk order production time?
A: Our sample time is 5-7 days. If your sample order is urgent, we could finish it within 5 days, but have extra cost. The bulk order production time is 25-35 days.
Q: Can you get money returned if you finally found quality no good?
A: Within 30 days goods arrive into port, you are free to report any defect. If there was a problem, we would discuss together to find a solution, including refund the money to you.
