Heavy-duty roller production requires reinforced cores and industrial-grade adhesives. The process begins with steel-reinforced polypropylene cores molded under high pressure. "Our military-spec rollers withstand 200°F and harsh chemicals," says plant manager Robert Shaw. Fabric undergoes special treatments for oil and chemical resistance before precision cutting. The bonding process uses high-temperature epoxies cured in climate-controlled chambers. Final products are tested under extreme conditions, including salt spray and UV exposure. Production lines are isolated from standard manufacturing to prevent contamination. These rollers meet stringent industry standards for power plants, marine, and military use.
